A grid-tied solar power station under the "green" tariff with a capacity of 15 kW. Now the owner of the solar power station saves on home maintenance costs and earns income from selling electricity.

Under the "green" tariff program, the state undertakes to buy electricity generated by solar panels at a fixed tariff. The tariff changes every five years – from 2020 to 2024, the "green" tariff rate is 0.16 eurocents/1 kWh. In the period from 2024 to 2029, the owner of the solar power station will receive 0.14 eurocents/1 kWh.
